The Personal Circle

Insight:

Matthew 11:28-29 (NLT) “Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”

 Application:

Stability in the personal circle is recognizing that you are God's creation and He loves you. You know you are in stability when you genuinely want to live a life that honors God and you know that you can be better than you are and you are taking steps to grow.

Success however occurs whenyou seek out opportunities to glorify God in your life and are actively pursuing being the person that God wants you to be mentally, physically, and emotionally. When you have achieved this level you understand that you may fail but also accept God’s grace and don’t dwell on failures. You know that you have the strength of Christ and can do all things through His power.

Remember

  1. You can control the activity but you cannot control the outcome

  2. In life you are guaranteed to experience one of two pains. The pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is that one weights pounds and the other weighs tons.
